Dear Koenders Windmills,

Thought you may like this story about how durable your windmill is. I installed your windmill 8 years ago and it has been incredibly strong. It battles enormously strong winds all year long but nothing compared to the Hurricane Juan that hit the east coast 6 years ago. After that storm, to my surprise, the Koenders Windmill was still standing and working.

I know that you set customer expectations at every 4-6 years to change the diaphragm and check valves. Well it has been 8 years and the pump is still compressing air on the original diaphragm.

I wanted to thank you for the great product that you build. I have owned a Koenders Windmill Aeration System for 10 years now and have had absolutely no problems or issues at all. The only maintenance that I have done on it so far is change the check valves a few years ago. ($ 20.00)

The windmill works during all four seasons of the year- even during the really the hot summers and the cold winters. In the summer it provides my fish with additional levels of oxygen to keep them healthy and avoid fish kill. In the winter it keeps the pond open so that the fish remain alive in the cold winter months as well.

I just can't imagine what I would have spent in electricity over the last 10 years to aerate this pond if it was not for Koenders Free Air Windmills.

Thanks for saving me money and keeping my pond and fish healthy.
